The potential homesites on this tract are virtually endless. There were so many places I could picture myself building. Overlooking the creek bottom, the stream, or along the ridge top. If you’ve ever thought about building a home amongst the tall hardwoods, I believe this could be a place to take a look at. This property checks a lot of boxes when it comes to land. Incredible hunting, merchantable timber, and great opportunities to build the home you’ve always pictured, I would strongly consider the Van Buren 65 tract if you are looking at land ownership
